Once through the “Minimum Value Product 1.0” phase, scale-up’s enter the Boost-phase. The Boost-phase has its own challenges. In the Boost phase we focus on doubling or tripling the Monthly Recurring Revenue, while maintaining and growing the Customer Renewal Rate. This requires a set of hands-on Services.
